Sudoku Monopoly

I can not play Sudoku Monopoly properly, because the page/screen will not move left to right. I can not get to the home / hotels to upgade with money I have collected. I win games and my monet just collects. HELP!

Did you ever get an answer or fix to your problem? I have a surface pro 9 and can not go left right to upgrade?
