New version of Canasta is very slow and unplayable

@urug6969_2 Thanks for the information. I checked and hardware acceleration is already enabled and I still don't see a change. I am about to give up and go elsewhere to play Canasta!

the new hd canast is lagging tnhen styopping and wont let you meld i have tried to nre fersh and same thing happens

The Pogo team is looking for more information about computers unable to play Canasta HD, whether that's loading issues, slow gameplay, or graphical issues. Part of that information is DxDiags (Windows) or System Reports (macOS) to help narrow down what may be occurring and to assist with optimizing the website.

• If you haven't already, please try the HTML5 troubleshooting, as it can narrow down if it is something that can be tweaked to run smoother on your computer.

Canasta is so slow that is why I don't play all the time. cause I am so sick of people asking me if it is my computer being slow! It is even slow typing to people.

Canasta is very sloe. I use to play it with no problems. What is wrong. I love the game but not this way.

I'm having the same problem! I play against robots, I can't play with new friends because it won't let me meld. The screen totally freezes! RRRRR! Did you manage to get yours fixed?

Can I uninstall and reload the program and will it correct this issue? I paid for a full year of playing games. This sucks!

I agree these games are frustrating to play slow and freeze at times going to cancel my account so tired of this doesn't get fixed  why pay when you cant play
