I notice you're using Windows 8.1
I'm not sure if that's the issue or not. You may need to upgrade to Windows 10.
According to the info in the SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS page it says...
Pogo requirements for Windows
Here is a listing of Operating Systems and Browsers that are compatible to play Pogo games. If you’re using an Operating System or Browser not found in this list, you may need to switch to one of these.

I dunno, for a while my game was stuck on "Restoring Game Progress" but it finally loaded after a few weeks. I think part of the problem is that it's not affecting everyone and many people here and in the forums don't supply the results of the compatibility scan so it's difficult to see what the common issues are.
I use Windows 10 and Chrome and don't have any issues.

@pippa605Uk, @Moogan1201 , My review of the loading failures at Mahjong Garden HD found that 2 people of 29 people reported this 85% failure using Windows 10. And 2 of 29 reported this problem for Windows 8.
See my "Review of Mahjong Garden HD loading failures" report under Comment #48 on page 5 of this thread. I updated it on 1/29/20 to include information from both of you to include the browsers she used (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and the operating system (Windows 8.1).
Also, I know that Edge failed to load the game for you pippa605, but others are having success with it. However, there is only some evidence that Edge works better than other browsers for this type of failure. So there is probably some other cause unrelated to browser used that is causing this failure for you.

It appears there was one section that got cut off on your results, and that is at the bottom, whether Do Not Track is True or False.
If it's marked True, could you try updating your Do Not Track to see if it helps loading for you?
