Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD - No pieces available [ Edited ]

I have been playing this game since it started. It's a great Jigsaw Game. However, I now have no pieces!! I have tried everything I can, but I still have no pieces. The drawer goes in and out and all the bits on the left of the screen like the hint and magnet seem fine, but with no pieces to work with..........hmmmm. Not fun!

Your macOS version appears to be a few versions below the minimum recommendations for Pogo. If your Mac can accept further updates to your OS, macOS updates are free and available to download. Pogo recommends a minimum of macOS Mojave (10.14.6) or later. 

Beyond that, one thing you can try is another browser to see if it helps getting the pieces to load. For example, testing Chrome to see if the pieces load for you.

If you can give those two things a try, please let me know how it goes for you.

I'd like to start with a few questions.

• Are you on PC, Mac, tablet or phone?
• If you're on PC or Mac, can you share your Pogo Compatibility Tool information?
• If you're on tablet or phone, can you share what make/model your device is, as well as your OS version?

BROWSER -- FIREFOX -- 76.0

COOKIES ENABLED -- TRUE

DO NOT TRACK -- FALSE

@EA_Arrenai Sorry I didn't reply sooner but the email was in my spam folder. I was able to look into the update and I found that my computer won't accept any more updates!! Boo-hoo! Oh well, I guess it's time for a new Mac!! This one is 7 years old.

Oh no, @BetsyN53. I'm sorry to hear that.

Yes, hardware can limit how high you can upgrade the OS. In the meantime, do you have a separate device you can play on, such as a phone or tablet?

@EA_Arrenai No, but I have asked for an iPad for my birthday! Fingers crossed!
