Gems missing

I purchased Gems on Feb 11th and today they seemed to have disappeared.

i purchased gems yesterday 924 June 2022) and by this morning they had disappeared!  Just spent nearly two hours with customer support online still not sorted and was told to wait 24 and if still not in account to contact them again. not very helpful at all!

I lost 520 gems last week that were used for bloom buds soft currency which I have no idea what that means.  I am a 76 yr old women who was out of town and the gems were used for a india game.  I called EA help and was told there was no way to get my gems back.  I have been a member for over 20 years and there is no help for me???  This is not acceptable.  Someone at POGO should be able to help me on this issue.  No one has access to my computer so this has to be a hack and pogo should be able to help me.
