I have closed and reopened my browser.
I have cleared my cache.
I only have Windows Edge as a browser.
My hardware acceleration is ON.
For the RAM - it says 24GB with 22.9 usable.
I can play all other games as well as Claire Hart cases but this case 76, episode 3 is the ONLY one I have problems with.

Hey there, @butterfly051402.
It looks like you have Do Not Track active, which can keep data from transferring between the browser and our servers, including progress. Can you try disabling Do Not Track to see if it improves loading the level?

I did that and it made no difference. I am ONLY having problem with this one episode of all games so none of this makes any sense. ALL other games as well as all episodes of Claire Hart are fine.

I agree with others here. This needs to be fixed. It should be elevated to a higher priority than it is receiving.
