BEJEWELED STARS MESSING UP, YET AGAIN

Bejeweled Stars level 410 in land 32 Scintillating Sands stops scoring on turn 27. I have hit the 3 star level on 6 different occasions using my deer powerup. I want a refund on my gems for that powerup and for you to fix the level so I can move pass that land. I HAVE to get 3 stars on every level. I have OCD so please fix this like NOW!!!!! Everything is working and fine on my end. This is EA problem.

Good luck getting anyone to answer you. This company is not user friendly. They are set up for incoming only. They ignore requests for help. Nothing works since PopCap sold out. Not a fan at all.
