My account has been reset, but when I search for it in the ranking it is still there but under a different account name.

Player_9029868 instead of GROSS-FAT. and when I launch the connection it sets me back to level 1 and 1 base, but I'm at a score of 4,385,742 with 5 bases.
Entering the Player_9029868 account shows my base name.

What should I do?

Account-Name:

1. go on https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index and change your name to that name you would want to have
2. logout (click on logout-button, afterwards delete Cache and Cookies)
3. login via WWB into CnC: https://gamecdnorigin.alliances.commandandconquer.com/WebWorldBrowser/index.aspx

If you like you could send me a substitution (without any permissions) on Firestorm 22 and I take a short look what I see.

There are some players named with that "naming scheme". I do cannot say since when they have that name:
