Final Decks/Hero?

I’m wondering if there is a schedule of when the opportunity to acquire the last Hero and deck?  More me it is Huge-Gigantacus. I’ve tried prob 20x on getting standard 10+1 packs of cards to acquire, but with only 3% chance of Hero this isn’t working.  Now I have almost 7000 gems and unsure of what to do.  How can I get this last Hero?  I’ve been playing for some time now.

Nothing extra you can do. Just keep using your gems for the standard decks, and with all the excess sparks get the legendaries/events from other decks that you want.

Only a matter of time.
