I bought several items in the sims 3 store for example the serenity retreat. Every time I try to download the serenity retreat a message shows up saying I don't own the set, but I do.
Has anyone the same problem? I can download most items without any problem, but somehow some items or sets refuse to download.
Thank you!

@Assiditty If you're not already, try downloading the items from their product pages rather than your download history, for example:
https://store.thesims3.com/setsProductDetails.html?productId=OFB-SIM3:55595
If you get the same error, refresh the browser page and try again. This always works for me when I see this error, although sometimes it takes a few refreshes. If that doesn't help, try a different browser.

@Assiditty What kind of install is this: EA App, Steam, disc, or something else? If Steam or disc, have you registered the base game code that corresponds to this install on the Store site or in the EA App? If you're not sure, try registering it again and see whether it reads as already redeemed.
If that's not the issue, please move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to spawn a clean folder, and see whether you can download the items. If you get the same error, try my original suggestions again; they might help in the new user folder where they didn't in your current one.
New name, new look, same great benefits: EA Access and Origin Access are now EA Play.
