Can't download previously bought items

Hello, I'm trying to download things from the sims 3 store that I previously bought but the page says I don't own the stuff? I did spend money and sim points on it. Do you know why this is happening?

@TuniPuni1  Are you downloading from your Purchase History (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or from the items' product pages?  Please try whichever one you haven't yet, and for the product pages, try refreshing the pages a couple of times.

If that doesn't work, please let me know whether you can download other items from the Store or nothing at all.  Please also try a new item, which can be something free like Riverview or one of the holiday sets that you never bothered to claim before now.
