Okay got it, it's in Add-ons and it's called The Sims 3 Currency. I was looking for Sim Points and not Sim Currency which is an entirely different term now. It might be helpful if they used the words Sim Points in the product description so that it's less confusing. Thanks for the help.

Actually it does say SimPoints in the description, but it will not show up in the search results.
