invalid login

i'm trying to log in (i know the password is right because i can use it to log in to browser sporepedia) but it keeps saying invalid login. how do i fix that?

@UltimateYeehaw I have the same problem now. I asked support to delete all my gaming profiles. But now I still can't access the site. I think we should now ask them to create a gaming profile for me.
