Where can i ask a question directly to the official EA support

i need to get an account verified for SPORE but i keep getting the error: Login failed: You do not have the proper spore.com privileges. 

Now thats what it says to get help: 

"If you are unsure what account you used to register Spore please use the Contact Us link and submit an incident to our support team. They will be able to check the account associated with your serial code."

And they say that we have to contact them but they dont even show the way and all the buttons to get actual help brings you to this Answer HQ thing.

I just want to know where i can ask a question to the official support.

I am on fifa 16 ultimate team and I am trying to sell players and it says "your trade can not be completed. Please try again." Also it will not let me play a game. And it keeps kicking me off ultimate team. What should I do?

tore Andre flo should be in fifa as a World Cup icon as he scored against Brazil in 1998 World Cup and won a pen and then won them a massive game against Brazil so ea if you see this just do it please he’s my dad and he would like to have one and I love fifa and I would love to have my dad in the game on my ultimate team
