Every time I try to log in to Spore for the first time I get the error:
"There was an error connecting to the spore servers. Your computer might be offline or your internet connection may be having problems. Check your connection or Spore.com for additional assistance or server status."
My internet is fine. And when I try to log in to the Spore site, I get this:
"The email address and password don't match anything in our system. Did you type your username correctly? Or forget your password? If you continue to have problems, please contact Customer Support."
What the heck is going on and what can I do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to get the updates and to be able to log in.
