Trouble when submitting Steam CD Key

When redeeming the Steam CD Key for Spore on the Origin website, I'm only given the choice between Korean and Arabic(?) language versions

I've found a solution. Turns out, you can submit the code on the EA website. It also turns out that the Origin window was indeed supposed to scroll, and must be bugged or something.
