Spore keeps crashing

Spore crashes every 15 minutes or so, especially often in the space stage. Could this have something to do with windows 10?

This is not good. The absence of an "tab" compatibility mode can be caused by a Group Policy in Windows.

Starts the game in compatibility mode

1. Right click on the Spore Icon
2. Properties
3. Choose compatibility tab
4. Choose a Windows version, 
5. and set a flag in 'Run this program as an administrator'
6. Say OK

Thankyou, deleting the graphics cache and running it as an administrator seemed to work. When I tried to start the game in compatibility mode, I right clicked on the spore icon and went to properties, but there was no compatibility tab. Do you have any idea why?

I havent been able to test it further, so just in case my game still has problems, could you give me some insight as to why there would be no compatibility tab?

None of the above suggestions fixed it. still running windows 10, other compatibilities dont work, changing the Graphics cache doesn't work, Administration Mode doesn't work, nothing. My ram is perfectly fine, i get no error code. just a "Spore has stopped working" window. i just wanna kill grox

Were you ever able to fix the problem? I'm having the same issue and nothing will fix it.

Nope. The save file may be faulty. check another save file to see if it crashes as well.
