Spore is stuck on installing

I purchased spore base game, creepy and cute pack and galactic adventures through EA games yesterday. I downloaded the app and tried to install the game but its stuck on downloading loop since yesterday [my dowload manager is stuck on loading either]. I tried to log out and reset the app multiple times but it still wont work. I looked for help but i didnt find any solution. I wasted my money to buy this game off EA games so i can have it modded but it looks like i'll be stuck on Steam spore until i wont get any help. I hope anyone that had that problem could help me out. I'd be very thakful for any tips.
