Spore crashing, Access violation [ Edited ]

I am getting repeated crashes in tribal stage where the game freezes for a few seconds and then exits to desktop.
I've tried running as admin and compatibility mode with every version of Windows from XP to 8
Deleting graphics cache
Running a Repair
Uninstalling and reinstalling.

Attached is a dxdiag since I've seen that be asked for in other posts, and the crash report from the files.

Same for me, I try with Steam and Origin version of Spore (insalled both) and try to install patches, but installer say that Spore is not installed.

I manage to get to the point, the game crashes a few seconds after loading my savegame, and always some sound starts, not sure if it is any kind of event that trigger the error.

I can't attach the dump file, nor the savegame.

eu também estou com o mesmo problema, quando entro no modo tribal o jogo trava e os bebes ficam parados sem eu conseguir mover eles, porem consigo mover a camera pelo mapa. alguém ajuda a resolver isso.
