Spore Galactic Adventures not working in the Ea app [ Edited ]

After i bought Spore Galactic Adventures and tried to play it i soon found out that it doesn't work in the Ea app so i tried contacting support multiple times and this time i got a response saying that the issue should be fixed and for the whole playerbase i hope it will.

@nopieeee unfortunately the new ea app doesn't integrate older games, like spore. what it does now is it kinda frankensteins spore base game with spore galactic adventures- it doesn't treat GA as an expansion pack and just puts the two game codes together. terrible, yes.

I know this thread is old, but you are correct. There is a relatively simple solution however.

The default directory for Galactic Adventures is as followed: C:\Program Files\EA Games\Spore\SPORE Galactic Adventures\SporebinEP1

(Likewise if you saved it on a different hard-drive, change the first letter to the one you saved it on)

From there on, you want to click 'SporeApp'. This will load Galactic Adventures.

EA should get this patched up as soon as possible; It is a major oversight in their application.
