So I bought the Spore Collection off GOG, and went to redeem it in the EA app.
I redeemed Galactic Adventures, Spore, and the Creepy & Cute Parts pack in that order.
Galactic Adventures isn't showing up in my account, and when I try to input the CD Key again, it says it's already been redeemed.
Please make contact with an EA Game Advisor for assistance.

I have the same issue and I have already provided proof of my purchase and the CD-Key.
But it seems to have been "redeemed" although I have not redeemed it.
Currently I have an open case, which doesn't recognise my proof of purchase even though I have followed the steps of the guideline.
