Basically, what happened was I was playing on Spore (Galactic Adventures), and I edited my captain.
However, this somehow passed over the visuals of my captain to my citizens.
And this is where it gets interesting:
1. I'm unable to edit them in core spore (due to the visuals)
2. Everything on the citizen it removable, apart from the gear my captain has, which cannot even be interacted with.
3. The citizen's visuals doesn't update when I edit my captain's visuals
4. I'm unable to choose another citizen from the sporepedia
5. I've dedicated too much time to reset the game.
Is there anyway to access delete saves (i.e. after the time of the glitch) via files, or is there a mod which allows me to choose which save to play from?
Thanks

You can always delete your captain. You can always refresh all creatures in the respective editor, including the captain. You can also delete creatures directly in ingame Sporepedia, or directly on the PC under your own documents, there is the spore folder.
The error which you describe are documented.
You would have to roll through this guide

Thanks, I would have never have found these forums at all on my own because EA and spore forums are worse than Y2K wrapped in a Trojan horse.
