Spore- Connectivity issue

So I installed Spore again after a long time and  I cant connect to the servers, if I click on "register" button it wont even let me register or login (even thou i have Spore Account) it just show an error where it says they coulnd connect to the spore servers and that i should check my connectivity but my internet is fine I can go to the spore.com and no problem. So any solutions ?
