Spore CD Key Location

Hey, so I have the game downloaded already, but I lost the CD. Is there any way that I can find the CD key to it ingame?

@ElectronicEli If you bought a physical copy of the game you will have to redeem it through Origin. Without the serial key, however, you will need to contact a Game Advisor on https://go.ea.com/HowToEAHelp

@ElectronicEli If you installed it through Origin, it's there in the Game Properties window (right click on Spore to open it).

I didn’t install it through Origin, I bought it. Thanks though. Do you have any other answers, or is that is?

i bought it throuigh steam. so how do i link the cd key to ea?

@Biggiechungus300 If u got it through steam, you need to get the CD key off of it from your library, and then put those keys into Origin under your ea account. You can then run Spore through steam to connect to the servers.

there's no "CD key" button on Spore in the library

I have the same issue, there is no button there for a key.

Same here, bought it on the Chinese New Year sale they are having on Steam, can't find a CD-key to register on Origin so no online play for me.
