Tried it out to no avail. According to Nalin (who was awesome btw!) giving out Bot Parts ended at the end of 2019 😢

He really wanted to give it to me too but was told no.

Was going for a third but the chat system seems to be gone right now DX
What did you do exactly?
Did you make a new case each time or did you reopen a previous case until you got it?
Also how often did you open a case? Like very few hours or once a day/month?

I just kept calling support back bc the chat window wouldn't work for me. on the phone I tried opening cases and saying it was about a previous one but was just down to the agent actually trying to add it to my account. I'm impatient so I just kept calling back for a day but I wouldn't suggest that as it was very frustrating. you'll probably be sent back here a few times from the phone though. best of luck mate it's a pain.
