I am needing the Spore Bot Parts Badge to be activated on my Spore.com account so that I can share creations that use Bot Parts. Multiple resources online have indicated contacting EA support is the only way to accomplish this but success rates vary wildly with some people having to reach out four or five times before the reps know what you're talking about.

I also have an open Case #193030913 with EA support that was opened by starting a chat trying to activate this badge on my account. Unfortunately, they have been unable to help. Is there anyway I can get this added to my account?
