Like others I too would really like the Mech Parts badge from the Dr Pepper promotion that ended fourteen years ago.
Though I had not procured any of the codes, as I was living in Germany at the time that the promotion was happening, I can say with confidence that I was a prolific enjoyer of Dr Pepper, and am to this day.
Actually having the Mech Parts to use from a patch makes me excited to explore my creativity with them, but a dread sets in realizing I'll never be able to share with the community and contribute to the game's longevity and increased sales therein.
I have tried asking support directly, but the live support option is no longer available making my only option to be throwing my proverbial hat in the ring.
I urge the wonderful staff at Electronic Arts, please deliver unto those in this forum, who have come here day after day seeking your kindness, the Spore Bot Parts badge as part of the Dr Pepper promotion of 2016 so that we may share with the community of Sporepedia our finest creations.
As Trip Hawkins, the founder of Electronic Arts, once said.
"If you get knocked down, get back up again."
I will leave you with an image of Jim.

I'm worried something may have changed in EA's ability or willingness to grant the Bot Parts Badge from their disastrous promotion with Dr Pepper in 2016, I've been told everything by EA support from "It was a promotion, it ended, get over it" to they're just "Physically unable to do it" to "Talk to Steam they can fix it" (They can't) to "The game has been sunset, get over it" twice with the exact same wording and spelling mistakes from two different people??
I've pestered them seven times to hopefully get someone who knows how to do what apparently few other godly figures can?? I'm being stonewalled now, at first it was on my own account, and now from the United Kingdom anonymously as it requires I log in where they apparently already blacklisted me on the second attempt?
Like I hate pestering people with jobs but F.O.M.O's a terrible thing.
While I CAN get over it if I have to, I figured I'd share what I learned if I probably have to give up here.

Just try until you get lucky. Worked for me
