i need help with spore any time i try to make a account it gives a text that says . the email address and password don't match anything in our system . please try again;if you continue to have problems, please contact customer support. can you help me ?

I have the error "An unknown error has occured, please try again" I have tried many different things like creating new accounts and changing my name and NOTHING works... help? I bought this game to have fun... not wait on EA staff for 8 years.
