Help centre been totally useless for 3 days. EA have my money, I have no software. I call that theft, or just plain incompetence.

No software for download, no repsonse from helpdesk

I purchased Spore for download 3 days ago, signed up for Origin at same time. Have the reciept confirmation from EA the same email registered for Origin.

 

3 days later and 3 emails to EA customer support still no repsonse to the fact that my purchase hisoty is blank and no software to download.

 

Is this normal behavior from EA?

Do other find that EA takes their money with nothing in return? (Also known as theft)

Is EA usually this incompetent?


I would not usually pose these questions in a forum like this, but I am left with no choice as I still do not have any repsonse at all from EA.

3 days ago I ourchased Spore, to give to my daughter. I have the receipt from EA sent to the email account I registered with Origin.

 

No software for download, nothing in my purchase hisotry.

 

3 days and 3 emails to support no response from EA.

 

Hence the public posting, perhaps they may notice. Twitter next...
