Is it still possible to receive the Spore Patch 1.06 with robot parts?

A customer service rep just recommend I ask someone on this forum regarding my question. I have been really interested in Spore again recently, but would love to have the official robot parts pack and be able to share them with the Sporepedia. Is there any way to add this to my account?

I talked to the support for 3 days straight now and they told me they have nothing to do with spore and i should ask here in the forum, too. would be great to get any help here.
