I can't register my copy of Spore

I got a copy of spore and all the DLC on steam, but I uninstalled it, and downloaded it on origin, but I can't register it! It keeps giving me an "unknown error"

I'm fed up with this, I've been trying to access the Spore servers for ages, please help me.
