Hacked account, struggling to contact EA

The EA account that is linked to my Xbox account has been hacked with the two factor email address being changed to one that is definitely not any of mine, alongside a lot of my games progression being wiped out by said hacker. I have been trying to find ways to contact EA but have not been very successful. How do I contact them or at least get my account back?

You can always reach out to our live support team via the following link:

I'd reach out via a chat if I were you. To do so, just click "See More", then there should be a big yellow/orange button for "The EA app". If you then select "I need help with a hacked account", it should give you the option to start a chat, whereupon our advisors can help you resecure your account.

EA support is so bad. they cant get your account back. mine too

@skategril I am afraid I already did that thing also but, they overturned my dispute, without even emailing me back to ask questions for the best option that we can do to secure the account or recover it.
