I have purchased a game for my son, for the PC. I have been billed for it, and we cannot find this game ANYWHERE. I either want my money returned to my

credit card, or I want A Human to contact me, so that we can figure this out!

If you purchased a digital download on the EA website, you need to download Origin and signin with the account that you purchased it with. 

 

If that's not what you did I need more information. Where did you buy it, how did you buy it, what specifically did you buy, things like that.
