When trying to play EA games on xbox im told i need to reset my password because my "credentials have expired". But then when i try to follow the instructions, im told EA cant find my email- even though the email associated is still working and i have access to it.
This means I cant play any EA games. I cant log into my xbox linked EA account. I cant change my email or do anything.
EA also make it impossible to contact them because on the contact page, its not possible to select a console (can only assume this is an intentional bug).
What the hell do i do ? ive tried every troubleshooting option but cannot get the help site to let me select a console. other than that there is effectively no way to actually speak with EA which is insane.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
