Customer service keeps going in circles, not helping at all

I have talked to more than 6 customer agents for missing online features, and they keep asking for email and purchase of proof again and again, and I provide each time. I don't understand why they are making it so hard for me to get online features. Please can someone look at case no 121746321? I contacted them using live chat and email, the results were the same. The purchase proofs I provided in the first message has been asked multiple times, and soon as I send them again they ask email again. If I answer them they ask for proofs again. We keep going in circles it's been 24 hours I'm still trying to get my origin codes so I can register online. Please someone help.
