ACCOUNT HACKED

Hi , i want to know how i can get access to my account on ea games. Few months ago hackers get to my account and change password on steam and my email. Steam support solve my problem but it not possible for my email account (POCZTA.WP.PL). Can anyone tell me how to made case on support site (when i press new case button its redirect to main page...) or someone here can help me. I know my access data (password and login) but i cant get authoristation token. I think the best option will be deactivate two step verfication or add second email. Thank you for the help.
