I get the message that I am not old enough to play skate 3 online. Bought the game brand new, have never been able to connect. Called EA and they said I would need to purchase another copy online. [edited] Why would I pay for it again. I am plenty old enough. I'm 40.

Dylanjames04, you do not have to purchase another copy of the game. Sorry for the confusion.

If you're receiving an error restricting you from access to areas--or the entirety--of your any of your games due to any sort of "Underage Error," this is caused by a problem with the Date of Birth on your Xbox LIVE account, which was entered during registration. 

Maybe you can try to see what is the exact date of birth registered in that account.

It is possible that you did not enter the correct date of birth.
