Skate 3 won't connect to online content

Skate 3 for Xbox 360 can't connect to online content. Have tried redownloading skate pack twice and does not work. Have deleted cache and redownloaded pack and still does not work.

Can you be a bit more specific about what content you are missing? Can you play Skate 3 online?

Think I already replied but not sure. Can get online with other games but not this one.
