Skate 3 share pack not working

I downloaded the skate 3 share pack off the ps store, installed it, but it still isn't available in the game itself. It still asks for an activation code - my game didn't come with one. I'm trying to get the share pack to work so that hopefully the Danny Way dlc will work (downloaded that but it doesn't I appear in locations). Is any of this possible this long after the release of the game? Any help would be great
