Skate 3 Share Pack Code not available in my country

So I wanted to download some maps because I just got Skate 3. I read that the code should be somewhere in the box but it was not located in it, so I head straight to the Xbox One store to buy it from there but I couldn't find it neither. So I changed my region from Slovakia to United Kingdom and I found it but when I tried to buy it for free, it said "This product is not available in your country" in my language. So can I not get the code to download maps?!
