Issue accessing online features - Skate 2 & Skate 3

We are currently investigating an issue where some online features appear to be unavailable in Skate 2 and Skate 3.

When trying to access these features, players might see an error message notifying that they can't connect to the servers or to EA Nation. Some other players might also see a different error message.

We are working on these issues and as soon as more information is available, we will update this message.

This issue is now resolved and online features for Skate 3 are now available again.

EA Skate 2 is still not fixed though can't get in to match and when you do you get kicked had rejoin like 10 times in a hour last night bit of a joke like.....

Skate 3 is still not fixed either cannot import friends skaters or even find a match online game keeps me in loading screen

Doesnt help at all i just got skate 3 and it isnt working please help and try to really fix it!!!

I can't find the game in your origin/EA account (the one your are posting with.)

Do you have another Account where the game is registered?

Your issue might be account related.

I've checked your game account too and the Skate share pack is missing.

The  Share Pack (equivalent for Online Pass in Skate,) needs to be install or re-installed if you want to enable all the online features.

This pack is available for free in the PlayStation Store.

Make sure you are downloading this pack from the same online store region as the one used for purchasing your base game.

When you will be able to fix a create a spot and skate reel for skate 2? Because of this i can not get 3 achievements

I have this problem too with my xbox 360. I've tried to check that this game should be registered to my EA account. I didn't have this problem about 2-3 weeks ago and now I have it.

Update 2015-08-25: Everything is now fine and working. Maybe re-installing the share pack helped or something.
