My Xbox doesn’t let me log into ea

So I have been playing ea games for a while on my Xbox but for some reason I don’t have the option to log in anymore

Once your account is linked @flytysith you will no longer need to log into your EA account on the console each time you start an EA game.

But it doesn’t say I have any linked accounts or say I have any of those games
