There is no window popping up that says ‘import friends’ for me, what should I do?

in 2019 they got rid of the import friends button how do i do it now

If you are talking about claiming Twitch Prime Loot. Your email for EA has to be the same as your email for Xbox live. If you already linked an EA account to Twitch, disconnect the connected account in your Twitch settings. Go back to the page to claim the loot and connect the matching email account. Mine wasn't working until I tried this; I restarted the game and it worked.

Hi an update as of this year I finally got through to someone on the ea online chat, turns out my account somehow got closed down, which was why I could not link my accounts. They reactivated my account for me. Might pay to check that this has not happened to you, the guy said I had done it, I laughed at me him and said I never did that and I wanted my account working again. After all these’s years and no one said anything about my account been closed.

2019 and they still can't get this to work, just put a connect to xbox live button somewhere for * sake. It's literally not even 5 minutes of coding to fix this.

This is a joke, Been on chat to an advisor for half an hour, they sthen send me here as the solution...

Apparently he can't fo it his end and I have to get the answer from this thread, which doesn;t work.
Why the hell do they make it so hard to do???
All I want to do is play my EA games on my Xbox without having to sign in as a damn guest

@Callumtheking11 I'm having this same trouble as well. I tried for months toget this fixed with EA advisors and EA specialists but there's no solution. I just want to play my xbox games with this EA account. Why is that so hard? Help!
