How to Unlock the Blue Screaming Hand santa cruz skate deck in skate 3?

I have the skate.create DLC, I have the hawaiian dream dlc, I have the black box skatepark DLC, I have 100% completed every mission (only a few left to kill) but I still don't have the blue screaming hand deck. Please, please help.
