upgrade 2 green valley buildings for league

Hello! 

I have a big problem. I play for tasks to megalopolis league and i had to comlete 2 upgrade for Green Valley region. I upgraded 2 and to task apeared that only one building was ugraded, so i had to had to upgrade another one, so it was wasting time and plumbobs. It is first time when i have this kind of problem, but this season of league happens olready 3 times. Please help me! Thanx!

Now 4th time. I had a task to upgrade 1 building in Green Valley. I upgrade and the task is still zero. Can you fix the problem? Or is it weekend?
