How to make it fail

1. Force reboot phone, connect to WiFi
2. Load SimCity 
3. Click Settings
   
   NOTE the Login to Game Center and the Facebook buttons are missing. there is a big white space.

Support contacted me and told me it was the Age Restriction which I had used to set up my grandson when we started that has limited these buttons from showing.
