I seem to be one of many players who has suddenly found themselves removed from the mainframe and sent to the Place EA put the hacker cities. I have reported my problem but it seems like it’s a bug they are yet to fix and when it is fixed there will be a long queue of cities like mine begging to be put back on the mainframe. There seem to be a lot of cities complaining they can’t trade with neighbors - and don’t even realise they have been moved to hacker island.
Can EA at least give us some information about where we are - it’s obviously full of hacker cities so it’s impossible to do things like join a club. Secondly, assuming you check my account and put me back on the mainframe what happens? Are we restored to where we were when EA removed us? Is there any point doing anything while we are imprisoned on hacker island Eg doing disasters to earn keys while we wait - or will that progress be reversed when we go back to the main server?
