It makes no difference. Now I also have problems to load the game and I have to make several attempts and then it crashes again for some reason or another when I play. Visiting other cities has become impossible. You have to make the game more stable with iOS 9. I never had any problem before I updated to iOS 9.

No one at EA seems to be addressing this crashing issue. Game seems to be unplayable for many users across many devices and operating systems.
