error code 1100.7

hi i recently baught a fire hd tablet and installed sim city build it as i have on my phone and want it on my tablet. so after doing the intro and connecting my old city to new tablet it starts doing an update and gets stuck at 30 % and shoots out 

error code 1100.7 

i have searched the forums and cant find anything about it.
