cant accept a new request

I am the president of a small team, just 12 members.

I just received a "request to join the club" from a new member.

But I dont see the "green check" to accept him, neither the "red cross" to reject him.

Why ?

I have been tryin to accept him for half an hour, but it was impossible, even rebooted my Android.

Any ideas ?

Most likely they did the old shotgun application method (multiple applications to different clubs) and someone else accepted them before you had a chance...check and see if there not already in a club.

Yes, most likely joined another club before you could accept.
